4 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
2 Cups Cheerios
2 Tbs White Chocolate Chips
2 Tbs Milk Chocolate Chips
2 Tbs Peanut Butter Chips
1 1/4 Cup Raisins
2 Tbs Oat Bran
2 Tbs Flax Meal
2 Tbs Wheat Germ
1 Cup Chopped Almonds

Here is how you make My Hubby's Sweet Fiber Bars:

Bring Molasses, Honey and Brown Sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in Peanut Butter until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients evenly - will be stiff. Spray Cookie Sheet or use wax or parchment paper. Spread evenly over pan - I used a small wooden roller as it is hot to work with. Cut into squares BEFORE putting into refrigerator to cool.
