Add in the remainder of the coating mixture ingredients. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until all dry ingredients are coated.Spread granola over parchment lined baking tray or use a couple of stoneware cookie pans without the parchment.Bake for approx. an hour and a half, stirring every 30 minutes.Once the dry ingredients are lightly toasted, cool completely. Combine the ADD LAST ingredients (dried fruit) and once the granola is cool add the dried fruit.
