Add olive oil and cooled garbanzo beans in mixing bowl and shake to coat beans. Add brown sugar and salt and continue shaking to coat. Return beans to cookie sheet and bake another 15 minutes, shaking every five minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle salt over beans.
