Slice the zucchini and sprinkle salt on both sides of each slice. Let the slices sit while you make the bread crumbs.In a food processor crush the crackers and add the cinnamon and apple pie spice. Place the crumbs in a shallow bowl.Put 1 drop of honey one side of the zucchini slices (I'm guessing it's 1/8 tsp) and place this side down in the crumbs.
