1 cup Honey
3 tsp Ginger Root
.5 cup Lemon Juice

Here is how you make Tufftommy's tomato jelly:

Fill sink with cold water, add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to water to clean tomatoes. Add tomatoes and soak for about 20 minutes. Take tomatoes out, dry, and cube tomatoes with cuber or by hand. Add tomatoes to large pot and the rest of ingredients, cook on medium high for about 1 hour. Allow tomatoes to reduce until mixture gets sticky, reduce to low head.
