1/4 cup chopped onion
2 large cloves of garlic
3/4 cup canned navy beans, drained and rinsed
4.5oz pkg. Tuna Creations Zesty Lemon Pepper
1-2 Tbs. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 Tbs. fresh parsley

Here is how you make Tuna Hummus:

In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until softened and tender. Add beans and cook until heated through. Place bean mixture, tuna, and lemon juice in work bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Season with Salt and pepper and pulse to mix well. Taste to adjust seasonings to your taste.
