The ingredients for Tuna Melt Quesadilla are:

- 2x 10" tortillas (recipe calculated with mission carb balance whole wheat)
- 1 can solid white albacore tuna, drained (yields about 3.5 oz)
- 1.5 oz each part skim mozzarella & sharp cheddar, grated
- Laughing Cow cheese wedge (any flavor will do, I liked garlic & herb)
- Seasoning to taste


How Do I Make Tuna Melt Quesadilla?

Here is how you make Tuna Melt Quesadilla:

1) Preheat a large skillet or griddle and spray lightly with cooking spray.2) Spread the cheese wedge on one of the tortillas, then sprinkle half the mozzarella & cheddar on it.3) Drain can of tuna, crumble over the cheese.4) Top with remaining cheese, then second tortilla.5) Heat just enough to melt cheese and brown tortilla, then let cool for a few minutes before slicing.Makes 8 slices, 2 per serving for appetizer/snack.Also great for lunch if you double the serving size. Kind of high cal, but great way to get protein in with all that tuna and cheese.
