How Do I Make Healthy Turkey Burgers?

Here is how you make Healthy Turkey Burgers:

Mix all ingredients in the order listed in large bowl with a wooden spoon. Have a plate ready for the patties and turn on your George Foreman grill. Shape the mixture into 9-10 balls and put them on the plate. When the grill is ready place the balls about 2-3 inches apart and grill them for 3-6 minutes. If you are unsure of whether they are cooked or not break one patty open and check to see if there's any pink left in the center. I can only cook up to 5 at a time on my grill, so be sure to clean up the residual juice that is left before putting the second batch on.
