In a bowl add gram flour,baking soda, and water and whisk till its formed a smooth toothpaste like consistency. Then add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, coriander powder, crushed red chili, green chilies, and cilantro leaves and mix throughly then rest it in the refrigerator for 5 minutesTake the mix out of the refrigerator, add onions and mix well.Now grab the mixture by your fingers and drop it in the oil or you can pour it by a tablespoon.
