1 can 6ozs crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
2 Tbs. reduced fat soften cream cheese
1 Tbs. finely chopped green onion
2 tsp. reduced-fat sour cream
2 tsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish

Makes 2 dozen low fat low calorie appetizers. 1 serving has only 14 calories. 1. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomatoe. Scoop out and discard pulp: invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain.2. Mean while, place snow peas in a small saucepan, add 1 inch water bring it to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1-2 mins. or until tender crisp.. Drain and immediately place in ice water. Drain and pat dry. With a sharp knife split each pea pod along the curved edge.3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Fill tomatoes and peas with crapmeat mixture.; arrange on a serving platter.
