1 cup Bob's Red Mill Whey Protein Concentrate
1/4 cup millet flour
1/8 cup brown rice flour
2 squares of dark chocolate

Here is how you make Golden Girl Whey Protein Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10"x6.5" glass baking pan liberally with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together egg whites, oatmeal, applesauce and cinnamon. Add in the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate and mix well. Pour into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until the sides pull slightly away from the pan. Remove to cooling rack and set aside for 10 minutes.While the bars are cooling, break into pieces 2 squares of dark chocolate in a microwave safe dish.
