Here is how you make NIna's Proto Whey Power Protein Balls:

Put the almonds, protein powder, oats, cocoa and cinnamon in a Large bowel and mix until even.either blend the dates in a food processor/blender or chop then coursely depending on the texture you prefer. Combine the dates and vanilla extract, peanut butter, coconut oil and vanilla extract in another bowl (put in microwave for 30seconds to soften it maks it easier to mix). Then add to the dry ingredients and mix together with a wooden spoon until all evenly is combined and moist. You may need to add a little water if the mixture is too dry.Roll small 1-inch balls with your hands (the mixture should hold easily). Then roll in coconut and place aside.Refrigerate or place in the freezer if impatient. Serving Size:?Approximately 18 1-inch balls
