Preheat oven to 375in a sauce pan heat oil, honey, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed and melted (coconut oil is hard until somewhat warm)in a bowl put the oatmeal, sunflower nuts, cranberries, raisins and coconut. Add in the liquid mixture and stir until dry ingredients are moist.place all in 2-3 9x13 pans and bake 10 mins in the oven. Take out and stir. Place back in the oven and shut it off. Once the oven is cool the granola is done.
