Here is how you make Debby's Greek Yogurt:

Cut recipe in half to make it easier to work with.Combine both milks and stir to get rid of particles of dried milk. Heat milk in LARGE GLASS BOWL carefully, to 185 degrees using thermometer. Do not boil.Remove from heat and add honey while hot. Stir.Cool to 110 degrees. Add small amount of warm milk to yogurt to liquify yogurt and poor into bowl of warm milk. Stir to combine completely. Cover completely with Syran wrap.Place in oven at 110 or other method of keeping milk warm for about 12 hours.Carefully spoon or ladle into individual containers, trying not to break up the curd that has formed. Doesn't really matter, but I like it smooth and firm. Takes practice with large shallow stainless steal serving spoon. I use Rubber Maid cup containers with screw top lids. Wait 24 hours to enjoy if possible. Becomes more firm with sitting in refrigerator.
