I saw this recipe on here, but changed the prep a little so I added. Thank you for whoever posted it! I just love it!!Oh, this turned out so good! It did take a couple of extra steps, but it was worth it. Maybe you know another way, but this is how I did it. I didn't have to worry about souring the yogurt. If you try different flavors, make sure to pay attention to calories. Each flavor is different!!

Here is how you make Jello- Yogurt Parfait:

Prepare jello per package instructions. Pour Jello in glass baking dish. When cool enough to hand, put in freezer for about 5-10 mins, just enough to settle. Then take half the jello and the one cup of yogurt and mix in blender or mixer. Add yogurt mixture to remain jello to make the parfait. Put in small 1 cup containers and place in fridge.This is so good and is under 50 calories!!!
