Here is how you make Goat Milk yogurt:

Mix gelatin with 1/2 cup hot water, add to warm milk. When milk reaches 110 F, add 1/2 cup yogurt. Place in small glass containers, covered. Yogurt has to be kept warm at 110 F for 6 to 8 hours to peculate. I use my fruit dehydrator, but I have heard that a large thermos bottle works too. At the end of 6 to 8 hours, the yogurt will look kinda runny; but just refrigerate overnight and it will thicken as it cools. To prepare to eat add your favorite fruit and some sweetener.
