Here is how you make Air Fryer Zucchini Chips:

Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees. If you don’t have a preheat function use the sauté function for 2 minutes. While the fryer is warming, wash and dry zucchini then cut off the ends and slice into 1/4 inch slices into a bowl. Spray with cooking spray, add garlic salt and Parmesan cheese. Stir to coat. When air fryer is hot press cancel. Line basket with perforated parchment paper and lay out zucchini slices in a single layer. Fry at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Your air fryer will prompt you to turn Chips at the halfway point. You might have to cook in batches, depending upon the size of your air fryer. Repeat until all the zucchini slices are cooked.
