Bring to boil and let boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 15 minutes of boiling time, add the drained pineapple, bring to a boil and boil for 6 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. Place in sterilized half-pint jars, cap and process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Let cool on a rack before storing.Makes eight half-pint jars. (4 pints.
