Aunt Caroline's chicken noodle soup

My Great Aunt used to make the best & simplest chicken noodle soup there is. She used to make homemade noodles. I don't, but I do try & find the Kluski noodles which are pretty darn close to hers. I also cut the fat by using boneless, skinless chicken breast. She used to use a whole fryer chicken. This makes a HUGE pot for a very large family gathering. I tend to make it, then freeze in small portions so that I can enjoy it whenever I like. Enjoy!
