This is best made in a high-powered blending machine such as a Vitamix. All items are raw, except for the black beans and chicken. Pre-cook chicken (I use leftovers)Cook the black beans in advance or use can beans (rinsed). I prefer fresh beans as there is less sodium.Add all ingredients except the beans, corn, chips and chicken to the blender. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds.Cut each thigh into four pieces. Add chicken pieces, mix for a few seconds.Add beans and corn, pulse three times.Add chips, pulse once. one-cup servings
