Makes approximatley 6-8 servingsBake Chicken and dice. Set asideCook Sausage and slice into chunks. Set asideBake Butternut Squash in oven for 40 minutes.Remove skin and puree in blender with half of the chicken broth.Pour puree into dutch oven and add remaining chicken broth.Add diced chicken, cooked wild rice, diced sausage and ribboned spinach.Stir over low heat.
