Boil Chicken, debone and set aside (keep the broth). Slice carrots, onion and celery and add to chicken broth (broth should be about 3/4 way up large pot - you may add canned broth if needed). Add one stick butter, salt to taste, pepper to taste and bouillon and boil until vegetables about 1/5 way cooked.
