Combine all ingredients back in the pot with the water. Bring to a boil then cover and cook on low for 30 mins or until vegetables are soft.Add chopped bok choy cabbage and boil for an additional 10 mins. Makes approximatly 4 3 cup servings*****I always make the no yolk added egg noodles on the side and measure my portion then add it to my soup. I then do the nutritional value for them. *****This soup is also good with a little bit of red pepper in it or hot sauce, especially the cock sauce for those who know what it is.
