1 10 ounce bag of frozen broccoli
6 medium russet potatoes no skin chopped ionto bite size chunks
1 pkg of cream of broccoli dry soup mix
2 pkg (3 serving) potato soup dry mix
salt
black pepper
3 tsp cornstarch


How Do I Make Chicken Broccoli Potato Soup?

Here is how you make Chicken Broccoli Potato Soup:

Put Broccoli (frozen), soup mixes, potatoes, and whole chicken breast (I keep mine frozen), in to a 6 quart pot, and add 6 to 8 cups of water. You don't want to add too much water so it doesn't boil over. After the chicken is fully cooked remove it from the soup and shred. ( I use my Ninja, but and chopper or even a fork would work.) Put the chicken back in the soup and reduce heat and add cornstarch for thickening. Let the soup simmer on low/med for about 20 to 30 minutes carefull to stir often so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
