Here is how you make Chicken Harvest Soup:

Place chicken breast in the 4 cups of water, the can of broth and the 3 bullion cubes and cook for about 45 minutes. Remove the chicken and cut into cubes. Place the chicken back in the pot, along with the onion, carrots and celery and cook for 30 minutes. Then add the spinach, peas, thyme, tomatoes, rice, and salt and pepper and cook for an additional 25 minutes.
