other spices as you like, I enjoy a couple of tablespoons of Herbs dé Provence as it contains lavender and gives a special aroma as you enjoy your soup.
You may also add some pinot grigio about 1/2 cup if you like, it gives the soup an added flavor that is out of this world.
1 32 ounce free range chicken broth, you can get low sodium, which is better so you can add the salt you like rather than having it already added.
