Here is how you make Chicken Soup, Turkish Style:

Boil the chicken breasts in 6-8 cups of water until cooked (20min maybe), then remove the chicken breasts and let cool.After breasts are cooled, chop them into thick pieces, then shred them until they are stringy.In another pan melt one tablespoon of butter with 3 tablespoons of flour. Mix these together until the flour is mixed thoroughly with the butter, and the mixture beings to brown, remove from heat.Bring the leftover chicken stock to a boil, take a strainer and press the flour/butter mixture into the strainer and sift it through so there are no big lumps of flour.Add 1-2 cups more of water depending on how little stock you have left in your pan.Bring that mixture to a boil, then add the shredded chicken. bring that to a boil too.Once boiling, add 4-5 cups of milk, depending on how thick you want your soup, and bring that again to a boil.Boil on medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn off heat.In another pan, melt the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter. Add in red pepper flakes and fry alittle. Add butter mixture over the top of the soup, and serve.Yields 8-10 1 cup servings.
