Boil chicken in small amount of water. Save water when done for soup. Cut up carrots, celery, onion, and red potatoes. Spray soup pot with Pam or similar product and braise above vegetables til tender. Add vegetable broth, lentils, garlic, thyme, celery salt. Turn burner to low and simmer 1 hr. 3 hours for optimal taste. Stir occasionally. Add noodles and simmer for 13-20 minutes.
