Saute Chicken, turkey bacon, garlic and onion until chicken is fully cooked and bacon is starting to brown. Add carrot and celery, saute 3 min. Add red pepper, saute 2 min more. Meanwhile, whisk together the flour with the evaporated milk until no lumps remain. Add chicken broth to sauted mixture and bring to a boil. Add Orzo pasta and cook on low until pasta is just under done. Add frozen peas and corn, turn up heat and add evaporated milk mixture. Bring to a boil and stir until soup thickens.
