Here is how you make Curry Chicken and Apple Soup:

combine first four ingredients in a large pot, cook over medium heat until tender. Add chicken broth, rice, thyme, apple and curry powder. Bring to boil, then reduce and simmer for 20 minutes. Add chicken. In a small bowl, combine half and half and flour. Slowly combine mixture to soup, stirring and heating through until thickened.
