Here is how you make Dad's Chicken Noodle Soup:

Boil 2 leg and thigh quarters, wings if you have them, 3 bay leaves, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Simmer until the meat is falling off the bone. Strain broth in to seperate container and refrigerate. remove meat from bones and refrigrerate. After broth has cooled skim fat from broth and return to a boil. Add carrots, celery,and onion and simmer for about 45 minutes add meat and return to a boil. Add noodles and cover and cook at a slow boil for about 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. You can add bullion with the vegetables if you like a stronger broth.Serving Size:?13 one cup servings
