Here is how you make Dez's Cream of Chicken Soup:

Mix all ingerdients except Cream, Flour, Chicken, and potatoes in a larg soup pot. Heat to a boil for about 5 mins or until carrots are tender. Mix flour with about 1 cup of water and pour slowly into boiling soup constantly stirring until it thickens. Remove from heat and let cool about 10 min. Add cream slowly while constantly stirring. Put on med low heat slowly sprinkle powdered potatoes into soup while stirring. Finally add cooked chicken.
