Oregano, ground, 1 tsp or 2 TBSP fresh chopped
Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 oz
Romano Cheese, grated 2 oz
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Here is how you make Easy V8 Chicken Veggie Soup:

Dice tomatoes, onion and potatoes in large, rustic pieces. Slice carrots and celery. Heat skillet with 1 TBSP olive oil and saute until slightly soft. Sear chicken breast and add water and spices. Bring to a simmer for 20-25 min, holding tomatoes and V8 juice until potatoes are fork tender (tomato juice lengthens cooking time for potatoes). Add all remaining ingredients, bring back to a simmer and cook for at least one hour total or more if you prefer to meld the flavors. Any type of bean will do in place of pinto beans., garbanzos, black bean, cannelini, navy, etc. When possible choose No Salt Added canned items.
