Boil chicken in 10 cups water in heavy bottom pot or dutch oven. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is easy to remove from bone.Remove chicken from pot but save stock. Remove the skin from the chicken and de-bone the meat from the cooked breasts or thighs.You may want to let the chicken cool for a while so you don't burn your fingers.Chop potatoes, onions, garlic and rutabaga and add to the stock. add salt and pepper and spices. Add the de-boned chicken and boil for 20 minutes. Lower heat to simmer and add chopped celery and broccoli simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice to taste.
