Heat olive oil in bottom of large soup pot. Cook chicken tenders, remove from heat and dice. Add onions, garlic, and carrots. Saute till onion is transparent and carrots have begun to soften, about 10 minutes. Add the rest of the vegetables (except for canned tomatoes) and about 1 cup of water and cover to steam about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broth base, water, canned tomatoes, and seasoning.
