The ingredients for Healing Chicken Soup are:

1 (Organic) Chicken
Broth (Homemade stock preferred, 4+ qts or 2 qts org. broth w/ water/bouillon to taste )
1 lb green beans
5-6 lg carrots
6 celery stalks
2-4 zuccini, I use 2 yellow and 2 green
1 to 1 1/2 c. peas (frozen is fine)
1 med onion
1 to 1 1/2 c. peas
4 TBS coconut oil
1-4 TBS flaxseed oil
1-2 Tbls raw cider vinegar
7 cloves garlic
1-4 Tbls fresh ginger

1-3 TBls Turmeric (very healing)
1-3 Tbls celtic sea alt (adjust for sodium if desired, but you lose valuable trace minerals)

Fresh spices preferred, (if fresh double to triple amounts)
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme

1 bunch parsley, finely chopped


How Do I Make Healing Chicken Soup?

Here is how you make Healing Chicken Soup:

Use organic broth (or better yet homemade)as stock if available. Chop vegetables. Mince garlic. Grate ginger . Add all ingredients to stock pot, except parsley. Increase amount of liquid with broth or bouillon/water to amply cover. Adjust with more if you like a very brothy soup. A homemade stock or low sodium broth will reduce the sodium level. The celtic sea salt can be adjusted too, though it has virtuous mineral values as is.You may let it sit for 10 min.Bring to a near boil then simmer, as low as possible, 8-12 hours. I have stolen from the pot and let the remainder simmer for up to 2 days and the nearly all the chicken bones disintegrated, adding a nutritious boon in minerals, calcium etc.. Organic chicken would be especially important here. Depending on how brothy, I sometimes cover for long term simmering.15 min. before serving chop and add parsley.
