Here is how you make Homeade Chicken Rice Soup:

Boil Roaster chicken in lg pot until it is cooked.Remove skin and saveSeperate the meat from the bone (save bone)Place bone and skin in the pot again so it can cook for another 30 min to make the broth.Once completed remove from heat and let cool. You will notice a layer of fat on top. Wisk it out and discard. Place your broth, cooked chicken pieces, carrots, celery and spices all in a pot and let it cook for about 40 min then place on simmer for another 20. Enjoy!!
