Boil water, add 2 chicken leg quarters, Add Vegeta,cook 20-30 mins. or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Chicken should be cooked well enough that it falls off the bone easily and then remove all bones. Switch to Medium heat. Add carrots and celery, cook for 15 mins. Lastly, add noodles and hot sauce. Cook until noodles are softened. Taste broth to ensure you have added to right amount of hot for your preference. Serve in a bowl and add a spoonful of the greek yogurt in the middle.
