How Do I Make Lazy Chicken Rice Soup?

Here is how you make Lazy Chicken Rice Soup:

Add olive oil, then baby carrots chopped up, celery chopped up too. When you hear a sizzle then add potatoes, chicken diced up in small pieces. Mix for a minute or two. Add water, chicken broth and rice, let it boil until the rice is cooked and the soup is thicker. If you want to add more salt if you want, pepper to taste if you want. This is a great base too, you can add more veggies! NOTE: I said 15 mins to prep, but that is all the cutting of veggies' time. So if you have a food processor like i do, it takes 3 mins max!
