2 cups mini farfelle or your favorite pasta (dry)

Fresh cilantro, bean sprouts and Thai chili sauce (such as Sriracha); for garnish

Saut? first eight ingredients until softened but leaving a bite in the carrots. Add the chicken stock, juice and zest of the lemons and cooked chicken and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and keep at a boil until they are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
