Pour two 32 ounce boxes of 99% fat chicken broth into pan. Slice carrots, celery and green onion and add to broth. Add dash fresh ground pepper and 1 teaspoon each of poultry seasoning and rosemary. Heat to boil. Shred or cut up cooked chicken and add one cup to broth. Add egg noodles, I choose a think egg noodle to try to keep carbs down. Heat on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
