Chicken soup from the heart is so much better than from a can. This recipe makes a large pot of chicken soup. I like to buy small freezer/microwave save containers and freeze 1.5 cup portions. When I am in the mood for some soup I grab it out of the freezer and microwave it. Great for a quick snack or quick on the go lunch. It's easy for an after school snack for the kids too.
