1 package of lipton onion soup mix

Here is how you make SPICY CHICKEN MEATBALL SOUP:

Mix ground chicken with 1 Tbl of onion and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper. Spray frying pan with PAM and heat. Roll meat into small 1" meatballs and fry on med. heat until browned. I use a melon baller to measure.Chop bok choy into 1" pieces and add to stock pot with chicken broth and all other ingredients.
