Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Kluski Egg Noodles, 1 cup dry (some will add 2 cups depending on what your family wants)
Onions, raw, 1 small, diced
Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large - chopped
Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Chicken Flavor Soup Base, 2 tbsp
Water, tap, 8 cups
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Here is how you make Sue's Chicken Soup:

Saute chopped onion and celery in olive oil till slightly translucent. Add cooked chicken. (if raw chicken, chop & saute first, remove and then saute onion/celery). Then add seasonings (salt/pepper/poultry seasoning) until all is coated. Add soup base and water. Add carrots and bring to boil. Turn down heat and simmer until carrots are soft.
