The ingredients for Chili Stew are:

1 lb lean ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cups celery chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (28 oz) Progresso Crushed Tomatoes with Puree
1 can (15.5 oz) Chili Beans
1 can (15 oz) Light Red Kidney Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 bottle (46 oz) Spicy V8
3 tsp chili powder
3 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Chili Stew?

Here is how you make Chili Stew:

Cook ground beef in a large pan until browned, drain the fat. Add onions, celery, green pepper, and garlic. Saute until tender, about 8-10 minutes.Add remaining ingredients (except salt and pepper) and heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until vegetables are tender (20-25 minutes).
