1 lbs hamburger
1 medium to large onion
1 46 fl oz can of Tomato juice
1 16 oz can dark red kidney beans
1 16 oz can light red kidney beans


How Do I Make Chili?

Here is how you make Chili:

Chop onion. Place 1/2 of chopped onion in kettle with hamburger. Brown hamburger and onion. Once hamburger is completely browned add Tomato Juice, beans and the rest of the onion in kettle as well. Bring all ingredients to a boil. then reduce heat to a simmer and allow to cook for at least 10 minutes.
