1 pound of pasta (i used whole wheat macaroni
1 can chili beans (i used mild)
1 can diced tomatos
1 can vegetable Juice
1 tsb chili power (more if you like)


How Do I Make Leea's Chili?

Here is how you make Leea's Chili:

Brown the meat. Drain any grease. Added the onion chopped. Add vegetable juice, tomatos and beans. Fill the cans which held the tomatos and beans with water. Add to pan. Cook mixture until warm. You can cook it all day on low or turn up heat if wanting a quick meal. Stir frequently. Pour in pasta 15 mintues before you eat. Cook until pasta is done. You can serve with a dollop of fat cream sour cream and fat free shredded chesse if you like. Leftovers can be reheated in microwave.Makes 8 servings.
