Here is how you make Imitation Crab Chowder:

In soup kettle or dutch oven heat olive oil. Add celery, shallots, and garlic sauting until soft. Add the carrots, broccli and mushrooms cooking for about five minutes. Add water and soup base. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender about 15 to 20 minutes. Add peas and imitation crabmeat. Bring to a boil. Combine the flour and milk together. When soup reached a boil, add the milk mixture and bring back to a boil.
