Here is how you make Green Curry Corn Chowder:

add oil to preheated pan over medium heat and onion and bell pepper and saute until onions become transucent. Add corn (do not drain), coconut milk and bouillon and bring to a simmer.Gradually add green curry paste, (a little goes a long way) to taste.
