salt, pepper,paprika, tumeric , rosemary, thyme and zafron or use any other combination of choice.

1- steam cauliflowers to semi cooked let it cool and using a grater make rice and set a side.2- fry garlic and onions in olive oil for 5 min, then add the rest of vegetables except tomato, and saute for 10-15 min.3- Grate the tomato add it to the rest, cook for another 5 min.4- Add 1cup of water or stock , cook until most of the it reduced.5- Add salt pepper and spices of choice.6- Add cauliflower rice and shrimps saute a bit 2-5 min.7- Add another cup of water or stock and let it cook a bit till half the liquid is gone.8- Put in the oven 170 ?C for 10-15 min and another 5 min with the broiler on till all the liquid is absorbed .
